Super surgeries for Town centre and Conisbrough
CONTRACTORS are gearing up to start work on Doncaster's two latest multi-million-pound super surgeries. Construction teams will move into Doncaster town centre and Conisbrough early next month (Mar) to start building the two top notch health centres, which will jointly cost nearly £15 million and host a wide range of NHS services.

The Hatfield Centre
PARATROOPER Ben Parkinson, who was horrifically injured in Afghanistan three years ago, jointly opened a new 'super surgery' in Doncaster on Friday 11 December - his way of thanking the local NHS for the rehabilitation help he is receiving that is transforming his life.

Doncaster biggest LIFT Centre to recieve Royal seal of approval
DONCASTER'S biggest LIFT Centre received a royal seal of approval on Tuesday 20th October. HRH The Duke of Kent visited The Martinwells Centre, Edlington, to officially open the £7 million landmark building, which is home to a range of NHS and Doncaster Council services under one roof.

DCS secure planning permission on two new primary care centres
Doncaster Community Solutions has been given the 'green light' to build two new multi-million-pound health care centres in the Dearne Valley and Doncaster town centre. Doncaster Council planners gave full planning permission for the two new 'super surgeries', which will jointly cost more than £14 million, with one set to be the biggest of its kind in the Doncaster area.

Doncaster Community Solutions work with residents to provide better facilities in Thorne
Doncaster Community Solutions and Doncaster Council have invited Thorne residents to a Public Consultation Event to discuss proposals for the redevelopment of the former college building that currently stands vacant in front of the Vermuyden Centre. The event will take place in the library of the centre on Thursday 22nd February between 1 and 6pm.
