Doncaster Community Solutions

Community Solutions (DCS) is a partnership created by the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT). This exciting union aims to deliver second-to-none health and social care facilities across Doncaster Borough.

Currently three of our developments are open to the public at Sandringham Road, Denaby and Thorne, all of which offer residents healthcare within innovative and vibrant surroundings. With four further projects in construction at Askern, Edlington, Hatfield and Moorends, our hope is to continue providing more exciting healthcare solutions for the community of Doncaster.

For Doncaster to have modern and dependable community based health and social care services, where skilled staff will want to come to work in a rewarding and motivating environment and develop services to respond to new and changing expectations.

Our Mission

To provide therapeutic environments which enhance the health and well-being of patients and staff and which are flexible and adaptable in meeting the changing needs of community-based health and social care and other local services.
